Our vacuum pumps are either single stage or multi stage units driven by compressed air. Efficient and effective, they offer trouble free life and are easily connected to other parts of your system. Single stage pumps offer a high level of induced air and have no moving parts. Multi stage units generally offer a faster response, have a lower operating noise level, and can be selected with integral non return valves for use in safety critical applications.

Our range of accessories to fully support our vacuum cups and bellows optimising your production process. We offer flexible connectors, ideal for constant moving applications and level compensators for those product with an uneven shape.

Vacuum Cups & Bellows

Vacuum cups or suction cups are the component used to actually lift or hold the work piece in a pick and place application. Cups can be either flat or bellows type, for use on flat or uneven surfaces. Available in Nitrile for wear and oil resistance or silicone for weather or ozone resistance, our range covers from 6mm to 150mm diameters.

Vacuum Switches

Our range of vacuum switches - electro-mechanical or electronic - ensures that vacuum levels can be constantly monitored and optimised. Electro-mechanical versions provide the most cost effective solution, whilst electronic units can be configured offline and are easily programmed.
